Welcome to Crown Tech. These Terms & Conditions are a concise, high-level summary of how we work with customers. They are intended to explain the essentials  product scope, orders, payments, delivery, and basic responsibilities  without excessive legal detail. If you need a full, customized contract or have special requirements (OEM, private-label, institutional purchasing), please request a bespoke offer and we’ll provide detailed terms.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to purchases, quotes, and trade enquiries made with Crown Tech unless we agree in writing otherwise. For large volume, custom manufacturing, or international institutional orders, specific contract terms will be supplied.

2. Products & Services

We manufacture and supply hoof tools, farrier equipment, tack, aprons, bags, and related items. Product descriptions on our site or in quotations describe the general specifications; exact specifications for custom products are confirmed in writing at the time of order.

3. Quotes, Orders & Acceptance

  • Prices and lead times in quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote.

     

  • Orders are accepted when we issue a written confirmation (email or order acknowledgement).

     

  • Custom or modified products require written approval of specifications and often a deposit before production.

     

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Payment terms (invoice, deposit, payment schedule) are specified in quotes or sales confirmations.

     

  • For new customers or custom projects we may require a deposit.

     

  • Accepted payment methods and invoicing details will be provided on the quote.

     

If you need special payment terms, ask  we’ll discuss tailored options.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Lead times and delivery estimates are provided in quotes; they are estimates and depend on order size, customization, and logistics.

     

  • Shipping costs, insurance, and export/import responsibilities are specified in the quotation or contract.

     

  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or customs clearance unless otherwise agreed.

     

If you require a guaranteed delivery date or expedited shipping, request a custom offer and we’ll propose options.

6. Warranty & Returns (Summary)

  • We stand behind manufacturing quality. Standard warranty and return procedures are summarized at the point of sale and may vary by product type.

     

  • For defects or shortages, notify us promptly so we can assess and propose repair, replacement, or credit.

     

  • Returns for change-of-mind are handled case-by-case and usually require prior approval.

     

For full warranty details on specific products or bulk orders, request the product warranty statement or a tailored return policy.

7. Intellectual Property

Product designs, images, and descriptions on our site and in our catalog are the intellectual property of Crown Tech or our partners. If you require OEM branding or co-branded products, we will document ownership, tool sets, and IP usage in the order contract.

8. Limitation of Liability (Short)

We aim to deliver reliable, safe products. Except where law provides otherwise, Crown Tech’s liability for direct loss arising from product defects or supply issues is limited to replacement, repair or refund of the relevant product value. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption) except as required by law.

9. Compliance & Safety

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are used in accordance with applicable safety standards and local regulations. We provide product information and specifications to support safe use.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. For ongoing contracts and confirmed orders, the terms in your sales confirmation or contract apply unless both parties agree to change them in writing.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution (Overview)

Contracts and disputes are governed by the law stated in the sales confirmation or contract. If no specific jurisdiction is agreed, we will propose a reasonable forum when finalizing terms. We prefer to resolve disputes by discussion and mutual agreement; formal legal remedies are a last resort.
